I spotted a wall cloud literally from my back porch, and the chase was on. The lowering wasn't rotating, but it was photogenic and an unexpected surprise.

I chased small storms east of town for a couple hours. They were gorgeous in the evening light.

Conclusion

A photogenic surprise in the backyard is always welcome.
