Summary

Originally targeted St. Joseph into ne KS, but regrouped in Bloomfield, IA with Anton and Tracie Seimon as they made their way west from New York. Storms failed to initiate and called it a chase at sunset, getting a room in town.

Details

Awaiting storm initiation under benign skies in somewhere Iowa. 2018 and thus far been pretty lackluster, and today wasn't looking any better.

Brindley and I met up with Anton and Tracie as they started their trek out West. Our long shot target took us to Bloomfield, IA where we waited storms next to pretty park and lake.

By sundown it was obvious storms were going to be a no show and we had a classic Iowa cap bust. We called it and grabbed a room in town.

Nothing to report on this chase other than a cap bust.
